Intel Core2 Quad Q8200 low rating??

I have a Dell One with an Intel Core2 Quad Q8200, 4GB Ram and an intel g45/g43 graphics card.

I feel like my computer has been running slow, so I purchased System Suite 12 to tune it up. It seems to running faster, but when I tested it is came back with a score of 856.7. When I looked at the average for this cpu is is over 3,000!

What could be the problem here??

Was 856 the CPUMark, or the overall score?

It was the overall score.

You can't compare the your overall PassMark rating score with the CPUMark score. The PassMark rating takes in account disk, RAM and video performance. The CPUMark score just takes into account the CPU's performance.
