athlon II X4 631 Benchmark Shows this 2.6ghz cpu almost equal to Phenom 2 x4 975??

It also beats out other SOCKET FM1 CPU's
what is going on here?
of course with those results on a $75 CPU, it also tops the charts for cpu value.

Despite carrying the "athlon" name this CPU is based on the new Llano CPU core. So it has the potential for reasonable performance.

But all the Llano's have a CPU bug which means they return somewhat inconsistent performance in the benchmarks. See,
