Hello all,
I am new to the forums but have been using this software and site for years as you guys have made an amazing resource for PC builders. Thank you very much for the work you put in. Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I couldn't find a thread that matched this issue.
I have been having an issue running the directx 12 3d test at the standard settings. It always drops to 1x and penalizes me. I know my card isn't great for 4k performance but I figured it would still be able to run at 2x but with choppy fps. Is this anything I should be worried about or is this standard for cards that are not meant for 4k? The other 3d tests work flawlessly. Any tips or advice are much appreciated as this is a brand new build and I want to get it fine tuned and stable. Please and thank you.

evga 650w g3
vengeance lpx 3000mhz 16gb
