passmark 9 directx 11 issues AMD a8 APU

Hi there.

im getting an error message when running the 3d benchmark DX11. the software start the DX11 testing, after about a minute it pops up with the error stating "Unable to run the DirectX 11 Test, your card may not support this version of direct x.

Im running a A8 6500 APU with Radeon HD 8570D (according to the AMD website, this chip supports DX11)

Ive tried running the test with latest drivers and also with some beta drivers, always same error.

any thoughts?

What version of Windows are you running (for example Windows XP doesn't support DX11). What screen resolution are you running at?

windows 10 @ 1920x1080

Do you have any 3rd party hardware or software running that might be messing with the display.
Some examples are, programs that display an overlay over the screen, remote desktop, KVMs, Virtual machines, screen sharing programs, screen recording programs, etc..

no. fresh install. just hardware drivers, o/s

Are you running the latest version of PerformanceTest?
Maybe it is trying to run on the integrated A8-6500, can you disable it in BIOS?
Can you sent us a debug log (if you are already using the latest release).
