I feel confused, why 3770s is faster than 3770k in the chart

I am trying to choose a cpu for my gaming pc.
The cpu benchmark chart shows intel 3770s at 3.1ghz has better score than intel 3770k at 3.5ghz.

I had thought 3770s is just a low power chip, isn't it?

Both these chips have the same turbo speed and the are same generation.

Meaning that when under load, they run at more or less the same speed.

Once we get a few more PT8 samples in I would expect that the current 4% performance difference we are reporting will narrow down, bringing the score for these chips closer together.
