GTX1070 + i7-7700HQ Incredibly low 2D scores

Got a brand new laptop (Alienware 15 r3) with the following specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 build 15063 (64-bit)
CPU Type: Intel Core i7-7700HQ @ 2.80GHz
Number of CPUs: 1
Cores per CPU: 4
Hyperthreading: Enabled
Motherboard: Alienware 15 R3
Memory: 32GB Micron Technology Unknown
Videocard: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
Hard Drive: HGST HTS721010A9E630 (1TB)
Hard Drive: NVMe THNSN51T02DUK NV (1TB)

and my 2d Benchmark scores are just abysmal. Specifically Windows Interface (5th percentile) and Complex vectors (10th percentile). For whatever reason, my 1070 scores far lower than most other 1070's in these categories. No clue what the problem is.
