  • Brand new system, my gtx1080ti is very below average in passmark only.

Apparently my Asus Strix 1080ti OC, does 9767 where the average 1080ti does 13599.

I just finished installing a fresh windows install on a brand new computer with a 8700k. Latest NVIDIA drivers, everything is on point. I get 13900 with 3dMark11 with the xtreme preset which seem to be just fine.

Any ideas why PassMark behave this way? https://i.imgur.com/BobKReS.png

From your screen shot, all the individual 3D test results look good. Except for DirectX12. With your hardware you should be getting around 70fps on DX12. But you are getting only 24.

The DX12 test expects to run at 4K resolution and it marks the score down otherwise. What type of monitor do you have connected? Some of the older 4K monitors at a low refresh rate a 4K. So maybe that is an issue?

      I have a 1080p gsync 144hz monitor.

The reason I needed a 1080ti was for my oculus rifts.

So I get a low score because I test at 1080p... I see.

There might be some other additional reason. But that is definitely a big part of it.
