That is a screen shot from PerformanceTest V8, which is getting a bit old now. Can you try V9 instead. The 3D testing was re-done in V9
Also it is hard to comment on performance related issues without knowing something about the hardware in use.

Here's another test i did in the V9, i have i5 6400, 8gb ram and a gtx 960 2gb. None of the solutions helped.
