The charts are automatically updated every night with new submissions. We don't benchmark CPUs ourselves for the CPU charts. Almost all data in the charts comes from user submissions from our PerformanceTest software. The results are an average of all submissions. With over 15000 submissions for Intel Core i7-4790K the ratings (CPU Rating, Single Thread Rating) for this CPU are pretty much set and not any single submission is going to have much sway in the average.

Still the Same singleThread mark since 2016 / 2017 ...
Look this email of PassMark :
Hello,
We have over 19000 submissions for 4790K, with about 14000 submissions (from non-overlocked machines) making up the average shown in the charts. Also the 4790K was released in early 2014, so it is not surprising that recent submissions have slowed down and with the large number of results in our database, it does not affect the overall average much.

Again, per previous reply:
With over 15000 submissions for Intel Core i7-4790K the ratings (CPU Rating, Single Thread Rating) for this CPU are pretty much set and not any single submission is going to have much sway in the average.
Additional stats with additional sig-figs, manually queried from our DB:
*Current as of time of this post on May 2, 2018Time Period Samples CPU Mark Single Thread Before April 1, 2018 15333 11190.41 2530.66 After April 1, 2018 to Current* 167 11033.61 2519.14 Current* 15500 11188.72 2530.54
Back of the napkin math:
Approximate cumulative rating for samples before April 1, 2018: 15333 x 2530.66 = 38802609.78
Approximate cumulative rating for samples after April 1, 2018 to current:167 x 2519.14 = 420696.38
Total cumulative rating: 38802609.78 + 420696.38 = 39223306.16
Total samples: 15333 + 167 = 15500
Average Single Thread rating: 39223306.16 / 15500 = 2530.535881290323

There are changes to the average, but we truncate the decimal significant figures. If you do not believe us see below table.

Thanks for answer me.But this database is not trusted.
Look what this passmark employee answer me (email) :
> It was 2530. Now it is 2531. <-- it is a jokey ????
> So it isn't the same.
But this employer (Sorry, The Boss) send to me a part of ' database ' that show better results...Last edited by andreluizbarbieri; May-03-2018, 12:58 AM.

andreluizbarbieri,
I've edited your posts to remove everyone's EMail addresses. Spambots pick them up otherwise. If you insist on posting private EMails at least remove the EMail addresses.
If you don't understand the above, then maybe you don't understand how an average works and you'll just have to trust us the value is correct.
