Is it possible to benchmark only 1 stick of memory?

I have Asus GL502VM it comes with 8GB memory soldered. I just installed another 8GB and some of the benchmark is lower when installed. So is it possible to benchmark only the new RAM stick?

No. Typically RAM (if it is a matched pair) will run in dual channel mode. So the addresses are distributed between the two installed sticks. It is extremely difficult to know which address corresponds to which stick.
