Hello, I have Gigabyte RTX 2070 when I run performance test its nothing wrong with 3D Mark. But somehow my 2D mark test is always around %65 how this could be happen?

The video card doesn't have a big impact on performance for 2D, more recently CPU and O/S plays a larger part. Also see the following forum thread, some have reported that recent Windows updates and/or driver changes have affected 2D performance.
