How to fix it i am using gtx 1060 with the lastest driver?

Is there any third party software on your system used for overclocking or screen capture (Afterburner / Riva tuner / EVGA PRECISION XOC / ASUS AISuite3 etc) as these can often cause problems running the 3D tests.

Could you please launch PerformanceTest in debug mode, try to run the DX12 test and then send us a copy of the log files created.

Also this is the second recent issue we've seen with the 1060 and the latest driver (431.60), it may be worth rolling back the driver to the previous version and seeing if the behaviour is the same.

I turned off afterburner and riva, my driver is 431.60 version.


Now after windows update i cannot access performance test.
I cannot upload .txt files how i can send to you?

You can send the logs and the .dmp file to us via email. The crash dump can be compressible (.zip) to a manageable size to email.
