Memory timing.

Currently I have 4 sticks of 4gb patriot ddr3 1600mhz memory. The factory timings are 11.11.11.28.39. I score poorly and have a latency of 66. Any suggestions on adjusting timings to improve memory performace? Increasing FSB makes the memory score worse even when i raise CPU NB voltage.
