Strange Performance errors and results

I have run several Performance test with version 10 on my new PC successfully. But then something started to go wromg. First I got error messages on the 3 D tests,- Could not reset the Direct3D devices failure when trying to resize the screen. Later I found the 2D tests giving performance resukts about 50% of before and the CPU was showing a small drop in tests. I ran the DEBUGMODE and notice in the sysinfolog that it shows the system as Windows 8 when it is Window 10, Any idea what has happened here. Attached is the Sysinfolog file, it will not let me upload text or pdf docs

Have the compatibility settings been turned on for PerformanceTest (see attached picture), in this case it would appear to PerformanceTest that it is running in a different version of windows.

OK thanks, I removed that compatibility setting and things are back to normal and all working OK!
