    Collecting Memory SPD Error

I have just installed Passmark v8.0 Build (1032) 32 bit on a computer and it hangs on Collecting Memory SPD Info. The computer does not lock up, but just does not get past that section so I cannot run the benchmark. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this problem? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, but this hasn't helped. Thanks!

You can skip the collection of Memory SPD information by specifying the "\DontGatherMemorySPD" command line parameter when running PerformanceTest. This should allow you to continue with the rest of the program.

However, we would like to get to the bottom of this situation as it might affect other users as well. If you can run PerformanceTest in DEBUGMODE, and send in the logs, we can take a look to see where the possible issue is.

I have the same issue on a SIEMENS Industrial PC 547D.
Version V8.0 build 1025 works well but build 1030 lasts during SPD memory and doesn't finish.
I try the \DontGatherMemorySPD parameter but SPD scan still goes on.

Please run PerformanceTest in DEBUGMODE, and send us the logs.
