  • Low G3D score??

Hey guys, I got a G3D score of 3000 something for my fx6300+gtx760.
Checking out some of the baselines with my cpu and gpu, they all seem to have a G3D score of 4500~5000? In fact I am the only one out of 3 people with a score of 3xxx. Does that mean my card is somehow faulty? What could be the problem? My PSU is EVGA 500B 500w. Motherboard is m5a97 evo2

What were your results for the DX11 and direct computer tests?

Looking at the results in our database with the CPU/Video card pair comparing entries (all win7/8 64bit) with lower scores (low 3000's) to some with higher scores (low 5000's) originally it looked like an issue with the newer drivers.

Most of the low scores seemed to be running quite new drivers 9.18.13.3489 (2-8-2014) but after checking out half a dozen results it doesn't look this should be a problem as both sets of results shared half a dozen different driver versions between them.

Are you using a "High performance" plan in your power options settings for the system? Using a "power saver" or "balanced" plan can often impact on CPU and 3D results.
