Low GTX 1080 3d graphics mark score

I have gtx 1080 and I am getting quite low 3d graphics mark benchmark to what it should be somewhere around 14000 I think, and I see low performance/low fps also in games and I don't know what to do. Any hints or ideas?

Yes, would superficially appear to be low. Hard to really comment without knowing full specs of the machine.
