Can you verify the disk that is selected for testing? Go to "Edit-Preferences" (or click the "Gears" icon) and make sure the location under "Drive Under Test" exists.

If the location selected is correct, then please run PerformanceTest in debugmode and send us the logs.

Last time we saw this error was due to invalid values saved in the PerformanceTest config file and deleting the config file ( C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\PassMark\PerformanceTest10\Las t Used.cfg) allowed the correct disk to be chosen and the test run.
