  • Very low score for mid-high end PC

    Hello PassMark team,

I'm facing issue with low score benchmark especially on my 2D 3D 2080 TI part, did multiple tests and restarted my PC but I still get same scores.

    My score: https://www.passmark.com/baselines/V...d=127808610006

    Thanks

Try updating the video card device driver.

        HI,

Your bios is up to date?
The card is well detected in 16X and not 8x?
The model of your video card (also manufacturer). I have seen a card in low performance due to an M.2 disk or a bad bios configuration.

        Have a nice day.

It looks like it is specifically the GPU Compute set of tests that are holding the score down, all of the tests in the subset (Mandel, Julia, Nbody gravity and OpenCL tests) seem to be limited to the monitor refresh rate of 60hz.

Do you see the same results if you try and run the tests individually (Advanced menu -> GPU Compute), eg try running the Nbody gravity test at 1920x1080 windowed and seeing if you get a score >60.

Possibly there is a device driver setting that is limiting the output of these tests to the refresh rate.
