Extremely low PDF rendering and fonts and text benchmarks

For reference I have a 3080, and my PDF rendering is apparently 1% percentile (lol what's going on), and text and fonts are sitting at 40% percentile relative to all graphic cards.

Any idea on what could be causing these extremely weird scores?

The last post on the forum with similar behaviour turned out to be a driver issue so it might be worth downloading the latest available driver and performing a clean install (there is a checkbox option in the custom options of the Nvidia driver installer).
