i7 5960X really, really bad score. Rest of the computer too

I just built a custom PC with Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit, i7 5960X, X99-SOC Force-CF, 64GB DDR4 memory, dual GTX 780, 256GB SSD. And the scores are bad. Like, really really bad...

CPU Mark is 5953. Averages online say 16,132...
G2D is 312.5
G3D is 4928.4
Mem is 1018.6
Disk is 4050.5

Rating is 2254.9.......

Nothing is overclocked.

What's going on? How could the scores possibly be THIS low? I spent upwards of $5k on this build and I'm kind of freaking out right now...

I figured out the problem. The CPU was running at 1200mhz. I replaced the motherboard and all is good now.
