DirectX 9 Complex Test is not working

I did all the tests except this because when it tries to run, it just opens another window and attempts to Fullscreen it however it just jumps back to desktop.

Anyone know the solution or cause of this?

Is your display capable of a resolution of 1024x768?

Are you able to launch the DirectX9 Complex test at all from the Advanced -> 3D graphics if you decrease some of the settings (in particular lowering the anti aliasing setting or setting it to off)?
