In 2019 I researched on this website the performance of an old processor, an i7 3632QM, the result was a cpu mark benchmark of almost 6500. In 2020/2021 when making a comparison the same processor is marking 4551 cpu mark. This change seems done for benefit the newest processors and their manufacturers? Why did you lower the score of older processors? why?
2019:
Intel Core i7-3632QM @ 2.20GHz
2021:
Intel Core i7-3632QM @ 2.20GHz
In my work i use 3d rendering and when comparing different processors i always had results similar to the benchmarks of this site. This even precedes a radical change in your site, decreasing the performance of the older processors by up to 40%, without any explanation.
2019:
Intel Core i7-3632QM @ 2.20GHz
CPU Mark | 6440 |
Intel Core i7-3632QM @ 2.20GHz
CPU Mark | 4551 |
