Low preformance test on Windows8.1 (mainboard s5520sc dual cpu xeon 5550)

i try performance test on my computer
mainboard s5520sc
cpu dual Intel Xeon5550
ram ecc 1333 24 G (4G x 6 row)
VGA nvidia quadro 4000
windows 8.1
(score i forget)

score 2D and 3D lower than computer office
mainboard asrock pro4 socket 1150
cpu Intel i7 4790k
ram 16G (8G x 2 row)
VGA nvidia quadro 4000 (same above detail)
windows 7 64bit
(score around 4800)
i know some hard ware is different but score of 2D and 3D should same or different little.
program performance test support or not windows8.1 and Board dual CPU.

Could be differences in the video card device driver version.

The 2D and 3D results also depend on the CPU, and the i7 4790k is a fast high end desktop CPU.

On the other hand 2D and 3D performance gains nothing from the 2nd CPU in the server machine.

Further ECC RAM tends to be slower than non ECC RAM.

the driver i referent driver certify from website solidwork.
before that, i think 2D and 3D use performance VGA card only.
