Why do i get low Score for Xenon 5650?

I using the latest Passmark Software 8.0 1043

The latest Passmark score for Xenon X5650 is 7584

My Xenon X5650 score is 6280.

I running 8Gb of DDR3 RAM. I set QPI to 6400 and multiplier is 20x133=2.66Mhz which is right.

Also I ran a Xenon X5660 CPU on same motherboard and got 8200 which is 200 higher than the X5660 Passmark score.

My temps while running the benchmark for X5650 is between 65-75C

Why do i get such a low score for the Xenon X5650?

Were you using the 64bit version of PerformanceTest on the slower system (32 bit CPU results will be lower than 64bit)?

Have you checked the power plan for the slow system was set to "high performance" and not one of the power saving options?

It set to high performance power management. I running x64 on x64 Windows 7.
