Low overall Passmark rating vs average expected for build What can I do?

I have been trying benchmark tests to see if there is an issue with my PC. My passmark rating does seem exceedingly low and is about 4000 lower than what passmark averages my build to be getting. Can anyone give any insight or advice on things I can try to improve it? I have read the Sticky, for solutions to a slow PC and done what I can. Didn't make any differences.

CPU & memory mark seem ok compared to other results. The worst result is 2D (Image rendering & image filters, which use some DX11 functions), followed by disk and then 3D (Dx11 and GPU Compute which uses some DX11).

So looks like there is an issue with DX11 use on the system. Given this is an ASUS system you may want to check you are running the latest version of any ASUS software installed (or uninstall) as there have been multiple issues in the past caused by it or it could be an nVidia driver bug.
