    LEFT SYSTEM:
Gigabyte B450 Aorus Elite V2 mobo
    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
    TeamGroup 16GB 3200MHz CL22-22-22-52
    Asus GT730 2GB fanless GPU ($39)

    RIGHT SYSTEM:
    MSI B450 Mortar Titanium mobo
    AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
    G.Skill Flare X Series 32GB 3200MHz CL-14-14-14-14
Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super 8GB Gaming OC ($540)

So, the system on right creamed the left on everything except 2D Mark and Memory Mark, just slightly below, however. I am a bit perplexed how the GT730 could score higher in 2D than an RTX 2070 Super, but still. And the Passmark score goes to the left system?

BTW, the tests were run with normal conditions: browser open, some light apps running, but the left system is my "server" and was hosting TeamSpeak3 and a Plex multimedia server while this test was being done.

I think something (or several things) aren't setup right on the 5900X machine. Memory mark should be 10 to 20% higher and 2D mark should be 5x higher.

It is also worth noting that the price of a video card has very little relationship to its 2D performance.

With the way the PassMark rating formula works one abysmal result can dominate the overall score. Or put another way, you need a reasonable balanced system to get a good overall results.
