Internal storage is exactly what it is says, the storage location in the device. This is the same location where Android OS is installed.

For external storage, every Android device supports a shared "external storage" such as removable storage media (e.g SD card) or an internal (non-removable) storage designated as an external storage. The location is specified by the Android OS and can vary from one device to another.

      Thanks for your reply.
Whether can be understood as system disk(The disk installed OS) is the internal storage?
If my OS installed in the SD card, and this mainboard has SD Card,eMMC,SATA etc.
The internal storage is SD Card? the other is external storage? please

What we consider internal and external storage is whichever location Android designate as Internal or External.
