DirectX 12 test just freeze my PC and had to hard restart

Running the DirectX 12 my system just freeze and had to hard restart the PC. I tried it few times and only occurs once. So dont know what jsut happaned.

In the background I have running afterburner with RTSS enabled for OSD info.

Ok thanks, so I shouldn't worry about it ?
Actually the freeze ocurs right after the test end, where passmark loading info to show me the score result...so right there the system just froze.
