Loading of Disk Info takes forever

Alright, I just installed this program and thought "okay, letīs do a quick test".
Too bad, Iīve been waiting half an hour and it still didnīt get the information from my computer. It says "Collecting: Disk Info" at the bottom right corner and it doesnīt seem like anything is happening. So if thereīs a solution for this, thatīd be great.

What version of the software are you using.
