PerformanceTest Refresh Rate Directx 12 BUG

I run the test first time and got 32000 score.
Dx12 test got 47% penaly so i used DSR to enable 4k resolution and got 30000 score.
After that i disabled DSR, run the test again but kept getting 24000 score.
After an hour of troubleshooting i noticed that i was getting low score on Dx12 because my refresh rate was set to 60hz. (Enabling and disabling DSR changed this)
After setting my refresh rate to 144 again i got 32000 score.

Now, why is my refresh rate effecting my performance score?

Why is my refresh rate effecting my performance score?

The Graphics 3D Mark (G3D) is calculated from the individual tests within the 3D Test Suite. The higher the FPS the better the score for the test. If your monitor refresh rate is capped it can affect the FPS. Other things such as screen resolution may penalize the FPS, e.g. for the DX12 tests, it is expected to run at 4K.
