CPU Mark Not posting physics score

So when i run CPU mark in the progress, it shows it ran each test and they're completed but then when it has completed all of them and shows scores, it doesn't post the physics score or the cpu mark total score. if i keep trying to rerun the physics score eventually it will show a score, but it often takes 10 plus times. When it doesn't run, the window comes up, it says "test running" but the progress bar is stuck at 0% and then eventually the window just closes.
