Having used both versions of Performance Test with the identical hardware… version 11 definitely is yielding lower scores in 2D and 3D tests vs version 10… about 10% lower. Is this expected behavior?

Depends on the specific test you are referring to.
The individual 3D tests were made 'heavier', so a bit more GPU load on DX10 & DX11 and less CPU load. DirectCompute was also swapped out for OpenCL (for compatibility reasons). So frame rates should be a bit lower. But the 3Dmark value was scaled so that it should be roughly the same.
2DMark shouldn't really change however.

With my RX 7900 XTX 3D Benchmark is getting around 34,000-35,000 scores consistently with version 10. With version 11, it’s down to around 31,500 if I’m lucky. In my case, I’d have to say it isn’t scaling well.Comment
