Performance Test V11 vs V10 3D Mark Scores.

I was able to achieve very good test scores with my RX 7900 XTX using the AMD Software Pro 23.Q1.1 vs Adrenaline 23.4.3 drivers. These results also show how V10 gives my Samsung 990 Pro much lower scores versus V11.
There's a huge canyon between the results of Performance Test V11 vs V10 in the 3D Mark tests... the results here are with identical everything except the Performance Test version.

I've been using Performance Test for a very long time, and I often use its score database to make hardware purchasing decisions. With this much difference in test scores on identical hardware, how can a reasonable comparison of hardware be achieved?

I think you might have included the wrong set of screen shots in your above post as two of them are duplicates.

There were changes in V11 to the 3D and the Disk test. But the "Mark" results were also scaled to return similar values. It's not prefect, but should be close.

You might also want to re-run the tests with the big variation a few times (DirectX 10 & 11) with both V10 and V11. Some of the variation might be due to external effects (temperature throttling, background tasks, etc...)

Of course for comparing results it is always better to use the same version of the software, when possible.
