Passmark scores way below posted scores

Hi,

We have an Intel i9 9900k and a Geforce RTX 4080. The hardware scored 18494 and 35288 respectively but running the PerformanceTest on our PC yielded 16,952 and 24,831. What's up with that? I'm not sure what else we could be doing but is there a way to get those numbers higher?
