Startup errors typically indicate some program data files are corrupted or missing.
Try...
1. Deleting the C:\ProgramData\PassMark\PerformanceTest11 and C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\PassMark\Performance Test11 folders.
2. Download the latest available version (https://www.passmark.com/products/pe...t/download.php) and then re-install PerformanceTest.
How did you go about installing PerformanceTest? If you are trying to run PerformanceTest via USB, you will need to first do a full install then within the software, there is an option to Install to USB Drive.
