CD/DVD testing was removed from the software in V10 (March 2020). The use of optical media was in serious decline and most PCs weren't shipping with an optical drive anymore.
So you'll need to go back to V9 to use this test. In V9, you'll find the a CD speed test as part of the standard test run, and also an advanced test option.
We'll update the web page to mention this test got removed in V10.
