Poor Memory Performance

For some reason I am getting really poor memory performance.
I have 2 sets of f3-17000CL11-4gbxl for 16GB total and its performance ratings are below the other 8gb comparisons. I spent some time in the bios trying to figure out how to clock them up or improve them or even set them to the settings they are supposed to be at but I could not figure it out...

The recent generations of AMD CPUs do significantly worse than that the recent Intel CPUs in the memory tests so your results are not unexpected;

I am slowly regretting my choice of AMD cpus more and more... Thanks for the info.
