PerfTest Startup error from USB

Just downloaded the PerfTest version 8.0 build 1052 for evaluation.
Installed on my PC, all tests ran fine.
The tried the 'Install PertformanceTest to a USB drive' so I could test my other PCs.
On any other PC, I get this error:
Error During Startup: A problem has occured with your installation.....Startup Error Number:1

Tried a couple of times, same error. If I run from the USB on the PC I did the original install, it works fine. Just not on any other machine.

We can't seem to reproduce this here, have all the files copied correctly (there should be ~157, 92MB). Is there an empty key.dat file on the USB drive in the PerformanceTest directory?
