  • Specified video adapter does not exists

Hi, I have been having graphics issues so I decided to try PassMark software. When running the Performance Test, I am getting an error stating that "the specified video adapter does not exist. Please select a valid video adapter." I have downloaded the latest drivers from the motherboard website. My computer has a A320M-S2H-CF Gigabyte motherboard, AMD A6-9500 CPU and 16GB RAM. Please help. Thanks

And what video card(s) do you have in the machine?
If you have a discrete video card try disabling the integrated one in the CPU.

From what I have read the old AMD A6-9500 contains the RADEON R5 integrated GPU. And while it reports it is compatible with DirectX12, it isn't. It is only a DirectX11 device. So this would cause a lot of issues with modern games.

If you don't have discrete video card, maybe now is the time for an upgrade.
