CPU-Mark V11 get no Result

I am currently testing a system that does not return a result or an error in the "Extended Instructions" test.
When the test is executed in the Advandce test, I can view the results in the graph. The test in V10 also works perfectly.
I am using Passmark V11/Build 1015
Platform Intel EKL J6413
Windows 10 IoT
Maybe you can help me further.

We do have results for this CPU, Intel Celeron J6413, in our database, so it might be something specific to your machine. Can you PerformanceTest in debug mode and send in the logs?
