When run Rebooter, OS will hang

In an environment where no software is installed, execute Rebooter
I found that when resuming, the system will hang on the desktop and must be forced to shut down before it can continue to be used.
I have tried deleting the anti-virus software, turning off the system firewall, and updating the latest hotfix. This phenomenon can be replicated.

Maybe buggy device drivers.
I assume it works for a few cycles and then eventually locks up?

Can this Tool support 24H2?

Yes. As far as we know it works fine with all Win11 versions.
