V10.2 unable to load custom baselines

I searched for an answer, but no luck.
When I try to load custom baselines I keep getting the same error;
"An error occurred running the baseline search script; Unable to connect to the Passmark website"
But the program does have 7 other similar baselines for my components when I run a test. They were all dated 3/2020

Which version of Windows are you using? Do you have an internet connection active?

Can you provide the search parameters you are using? Or if you don't want to post any details that may identify yourself publicly, you can send us email.

Apparently it was the issue of having those two security formats (TLS) checked under Internet Properties/Advance
(this is only required in Windows 7).
