  • My XFX R5 220 GPU pops up as a Radeon HD 5450

Is it because i'm running a outdated Windows XP sp3 OS?

Or maybe because i overlocked to core to 800mhz from 650mhz and the Memory clock to 638mhz vs 533mhz?

I did some research for you.
It seems the Radeon 5450 and the R5 220 are the same video card, with the 220 having slightly better RAM. They are both low end parts however.

So it is no surprise one identifies as the other.

It seems on some systems we can tell the two apart. So it might be dependant on what device driver you are running.

Overclocking won't change the identity of the card.

Thanks for looking it up, that actually explains it. Well, it did just cost $43, so guess that what I should've expected.
The benchmark is a pretty Neat software.
