PerformanceTest DirectX 12 Error During 3D Test

Hi,
I haven't been able to run the 3D test in Performance Test 11.1 for a long time. The application says my operating system doesn't support DirectX 12. What can I do about this? Thank you.

NOTE: I tried everything (windows update, driver update, bios update etc.)

My Rig;

Ryzen 9 7900X
Asus TUF X870 Plus
PowerColor 7700XT 12GB
Kingston 64GB CL30 6000Mhz

How was OS installed? Upgrade from a previous version of Windows?
Could try reinstalling Windows

Maybe the application accidentally got put into compatibility mode?
That would explain the Win8 identification in the log file.
