Performance Test 10 - Error #4

Did you try and enter in a license key? If so, was it for the correct matching software and software version?
Was the software installed on a local hard drive (not a network drive or USB drive)?
You should be able to remove the error by deleting the content of these folders
C:\ProgramData\PassMark\PerformanceTest10
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\PassMark\Performance Test10
As well as anything in the windows temp folders:
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\System32\temp
and then re-installing.

Hello Simon,
Yes, the license is correctly matched to the Performance Test 10 SW and valid. And installed on a local M.2 SSD.
As you advise:
I uninstalled Performance Test
I deleted folder C:\ProgramData\PassMark
I deleted folder C:\Users\Test\Documents\PassMark
I deleted contents of C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\System32\temp does not exist
I reinstalled Performance Test v10 and entered the key. It seemed fine until a BSOD (which also happened last time, I forgot to mention)
The BSOD stated that "Directio64.sys" failed.
This is an Intel Amston Lake CRB with an Intel BIOS. I am now installing Win11 and will retry Performance Test v11 which worked successfully on this same CRB system last week.
If you have further suggestions for a fresh Win10 install, I will try again next week after a new round of Win11 testing.
Thanks.

BSOD probably corrupted the licensing file, which might explain the error 4.
If PTv11 worked on the same machine, then crash may already been fixed.
Note that development on v10 has ceased so crash will not be fixed.
Could try running with the 'SAFEMODE' parameter if you still need to run PTv10
