If you buy support, that gives you free upgrades when we do a new release (and extends the technical support period beyond the 12 month period from your initial license purchase).

Next major upgrade, to V12, should be in a few months. So you'll get a free V12 key upgrade then.
In the meantime you can continue to use your existing V11 key.
