I have eMachines T6412 AMD Athlon 64 3400+ 2.2GHz and my score Is very low 342

What can be wrong?

You didn't run the CD test. Plus your CPU, Disk and RAM are all a few percentage points slower than the machine you are comparing it to. So it is to be expected that your overall score is lower
