Test Results Slow?

I was just wondering if my test results were slow,
I think there might be something wrong with my laptop.
I dont know what the effects are of the the variable clocking on laptops for
the test, so i just hope its not something wrong with my laptop in general
anyways I have a dell xps m1210 2.0ghz core 2 duo 1gb ddr2-sdram NVidia Geforce Go 7400
5400 rpm hd

For a laptop is it not so bad a result. 3D and Disk are probably the low scores. Of course new desktop machines that don't need to conserve power or worry about being compact, are significantly faster.

hey thanks ^^ for your reply, I used the benchmark baselines, but they were way better than my own thats why i worried.
