Locking out users

i would like to "Lock" Test Cases from being editable. This would eliminate accidentle changes to test cases that are working properly(we have integrated our automated testing with test log)

Any way of doing this

You can setup user groups to prevent access to certain certain users, http://www.testlog.com/support/security_guide1.htm.

If you want to stop everyone from editing them you could change them to read only on the hard disk, this would prevent TestLog and any other process from making changes.
